Conditions of Shipping

Our "Shipping" covers all standard shipping and handling charges in the US to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than Heysliy Products. Free shipping is only valid for full products and not for parts ordered through customer service. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

*Please note that heysliy.myshopify.com currently does not have any expedited shipping options.

Smaller Items ship "parcel" via Fedex/UPS or other express services.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping Time

Most items are estimated to ship within 5-10 business days from Heysliy.  Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.  This is the amount of time it takes to leave Heysliy.  At this point you will receive an email with tracking information to get an estimate of delivery time.  Please note that transit time varies due to many factors and is not guaranteed.
